How does mentoring differ from Life Coaching and Counselling

In mentoring you are working with an expert in the field. The mentor’s wealth of knowledge and experience enables you, the mentee, to grow, learn and be challenged with support.

As a mentor, Helena knows what it takes to succeed and how to ride the bumps in the road - she has been there and done it!

Discussing any blocks you are experiencing in your work will enable you to find a way through that suits YOU and supports your personal growth as you move towards your potential and your desires.

Bookings:

I like to speak with clients in advance of bookings so please contact me to discuss your situation and objectives.

The fee for mentoring is £80 per hour pro rata:

Session length will be agreed upon in advance (minimum 30mins).
A written summary of the session, including any actions that have been agreed, will be provided.

If you need to cancel or change your booking time or please provide at least 48 hours notice – otherwise a charge will need to be made – this can be up to the total cost of the appointment.
