Having worked with thousands of clients and students from around the world, I have a deep understanding of how to work with a wide range of issues, no matter their complexity. I am fascinated by how quickly and easily goals can be reached simply by encouraging the energy flows and patterns to shift using simple but very effective techniques.

Helena became a professional Kinesiologist in 2003 and since then has gained a reputation as a leader in her field. Her passion is to help others reach their full potential, supporting them into optimum health of the mind body and spirit and empowering them to live their best life.

As a teacher of Kinesiology for all levels of ability from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, Helena has taught hundreds of students from around the world. Those who take a class with Helena are empowered to help themselves, friends and family.

Mentoring is an important part of Helena’s work. She works with Kinesiologists and Kinesiology Teachers supporting them in their professional development and helping them to find their own unique style, creating and maintaining a their own unique and successful business.

Helena enjoys sharing her passion in many formats from presenter at international conferences to talking to small local groups.
With a background in music and the performing arts, her talks are always fun and interactive.

Helena is an active supporter of the Touch for Health Charity which supports those who want to learn or share Touch for Health Kinesiology.
