Through one-to-one consultations, teaching and as a popular international speaker on health and Kinesiology, Helena empowers people to help themselves and others.
Helena has more than 30 years complementary health experience. Having worked with thousands of clients and students from around the world, she has a deep understanding of how to work with a wide range of issues, no matter their complexity.

Kinesiologist
Helena founded The Beck Clinic in 2003 and since then it has gained a reputation as a vibrant hub of health and peacefulness. With its tranquil, natural setting The Beck Clinic is a true sanctuary. A hand-crafted, creative conversion of an Edwardian railway car, the clinic studio offers a uniquely private, quiet and stress-free space.
Teacher and Presenter
As a teacher of Kinesiology for all levels of ability from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, Helena has taught hundreds of students. All of her students are now empowered to help themselves and their friends and families, many of them are have also become professional Kinesiologists. With a background in music and the performing arts, her classes, workshops and talks are always fun and interactive.
Mentor
Mentoring is an important part of Helena’s work. She works with Kinesiologists and Kinesiology Teachers around the world to be the best practitioners they can be and supports them to create and maintain successful businesses.
Professional Accreditation
Helena is also Head of Touch for Health Kinesiology in the UK, Head of the Touch for Health Professional School and International Kinesiology College Faculty for the UK, Cyprus, Greece, Slovenia and United Arab Emirates.
She is an advanced member and registered mentor for the Kinesiology Federation (the UK umbrella organisation), a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and of the International Association of Specialised Kinesiologists. She is registered as an International Kinesiology College Professional Kinesiologist and International Assessor.

Helena is an active supporter of the Touch for Health Charity which supports those who want to learn or share Touch for Health Kinesiology.
